Which locations do you service?

We are based in Melbourne’s south-east, and currently service the Melbourne metro area and regional Victoria.

What tools do you use?

Our state-of-the-art workshop houses a huge assortment of equipment, electronics and tools, most of them highly specialized to the field of dental handpiece repair. In fact, many of our tools are OEM-designed specifically for just a single part on one specific model of handpiece.

Do you use original parts?

Yes, we use only high-quality OEM parts from our US, European and Japanese suppliers. We don’t use cheap, inferior Chinese knock-offs.

How long do repairs normally take?

We will typically repair a high-speed handpiece within one day. Low-speed handpieces are more complicated, with some requiring a 24-hour adhesive set time.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, we offer a 12 month warranty on all repair work.

Which brands can you service?

We service all brands of dental handpieces. We have access to technicians with decades of experience in the field, so you can be sure that whatever type of handpiece you have, we can repair it.

Do you perform on-site repairs?

We don’t consider this a good option if you’re after quality work.

To ensure the highest quality of handpiece repair, proper tools, a comfortable workspace, and perfect lighting for handling tiny parts are essential. It’s simply not a good idea to try and do this in a van, and far more likely to result in customer dissatisfaction. And all the time and money wasted by constantly driving around instead of performing repairs at a central location would increase the cost to our customers.
